Project Description
Rochdale Town Centre is undergoing a huge change with large scale investment in a number of projects. As there is a lot of construction and refurbishment work underway, the council in partnership with other fundholders, wanted to advise the community of what was happening and in the case of the town hall, explain that it was still open for a number of uses. I designed these panels to be attached to ‘Herras’ construction fencing to add colour, advise of the continued use and also mask the construction equipment.
